Call Forwarding Prompt

I have a user that sometimes use call forwarding to her mobile. She has asked if it is possible to remove the prompt when answering her mobile, she needs to press i think 1# to answer the call on her mobile. Can this be removed so when she answers her mobile it goes straight to the forwarded call?
