Ring Central Mobile App Recent calls issue


On all my extension numbers for mobile and desktop, most calls show up all of a suddon with my own name on every single call and unable to obtain the telephone number history.


Another way to put it that all telephone call history with numbers now has changed to show your own name and ext number. This has taken effect on all devices at the same time.


Has anyone else experienced this problem. I have submitted case number 11343155 to ring central with screen shots to show the examples to them.
