Connecting by App thruough a websocket

Hi, I want to connect my rest API to a websocket to get data through RingCentral API, instead of refreshing and/or sending requests every second or so, is it possible? or will I face a rate limit error?

    What kind of data do you want to get via Webhook? You can subscribe for Webhook notification and here is a list of the events that you can subscribe for.
