Outlook Scheduler or Add-in (Modify Meetings)

With either Add-in or Scheduler, once the meeting is created on Outlook

Unable to go back and modify/ and or adjust meeting

When done directly on RingCentral App, no issues, and can go back and modify future meeting.

Is this a bug or is this normal behavior
