Using RC Meetings desktop app (6.3.15457.1221) on Win 10 running on a lenovo L380 (core i7 8th, 16GB RAM), Symmetric wired connection of ca. 300MB upstream/downstream.
whenever I connect to a meeting (whether with video or without it), I get an awful audio quality with with lots of cracking/static noises. I use Jabra Evolve 40UC, and the noises appear whether I connect it through the USB adaptor or directly to the laptops 3.5 jack.
any idea on how to resolve?
