Since provision to High Volume SMS add on, on the Ring Central App - I cannot send text messages anymore.

Privacy Notice
That is an expected behavior because the RC app does not support HV SMS. You can use the RingCentral Labs app to send campaigns or conversations or using the HV SMS API to build your own app.
