RingCentral For Desktop Audit


I'm the tech administrator in our law firm and I need to be able to tell how often my employees are using RingCentral to talk to each other.

I'm requesting an analytics page for RingCentral app to see how often it's being used to chat, amongst who is chatting, and the ability to back up someone's messages if I suspect that they are deleting them before I can view the contents of their communication.
