Unified CRM Extension Client

• Background Logging Support: The Unified CRM extension will soon have the capability to log calls even when minimized, eliminating the need to keep the extension open for call logging.
• Admin Management of Settings: We are developing a system that will allow a SuperAdmin to manage and impose settings for all users within their account, ensuring consistency and control.
• Retroactively Logging Missed Calls: Calls that occur while your computer is off or asleep will be retroactively logged, ensuring no call is missed. (Released)
• New Connection Flow: A simplified and efficient flow will be introduced to assist users in connecting their CRM successfully upon first installing the extension. (Released)
• Official Microsoft Edge Build: An official build will be available for download from Microsoft, catering to Edge users.
• Access to Transcripts and AI-powered Call Notes: Users will have access to call transcripts and notes generated through AI, enhancing call documentation and follow-ups.
• Docking Preferences: Users will have the option to choose between docking the extension into the CRM page or using it as a floating browser window.
• Support for Internal Phone Calls: The extension will support logging of internal calls in addition to external ones, ensuring comprehensive call tracking.

NetSuite

• Permission Management Improvements: Enhanced permission management features will be especially beneficial for NetSuite OneWorld license holders, providing better control and security. (Released)

Bullhorn

• Fix for Random Connection Issues: We are working on a solution to resolve the random disconnections issue, which necessitates logging in again. (Released)
• Support for Bullhorn Lead Objects: The extension will soon support Bullhorn Lead objects, broadening its utility and functionality.
• Security Fixes: Various important security enhancements are being implemented to provide a safer user experience. (Released)

For Developers:

• Custom CRM Settings: Developers will be able to define CRM-specific settings within their manifest files, allowing for greater customization and control. (Released)
