Attendee names

When some of our employees attend meetings, their names appear as their first inital followed by their last name - so BSmith - instead of Bob Smith. We use RC Glip App and RC Meetings App. Their profile in the RC Glip App shows First Name and Last Name so where does it pull the FLname from?
