Delegating a new host for video meetings

I will be leaving my company and need to assign a new person to be the host for pre-established meetings. Can this be done without deleting all of the old meeting invitations/information and creating new meeting invitations?

Assigning a co-host can only be done during the meeting, so you will still have to be in the meeting to assign a co-host before you leave. I suggest having the admin authorize someone to temporarily give access on signing in to your extension to start the meeting. In that way, you will no longer have to void the invitations sent to the participants.

Hi Seth, will you be deleting your account?

I will not be deleting my account, but it will be unattended until my position is filled. I need to transfer control/hosting to a board member until a person replaces me permanently
