We do quite a bit of conference calls where we call a 3rd party while on the phone with a customer. When we are done, it seems we do not have the ability to hang up on the 3rd / last party dialed.

Is there something we could be missing?

We are using softphones as opposed to desk phone, in the event that changes any options.

I also need to have a function to drop a call off of a conference call. I am stuck listening to surveys because my client and I cannot hang up the line. I have to end the call and call them back if I can't drop a caller of the conference call.
