How to save e-mail address and name for RingCentral webinar?

Using the free version of RingCentral for webinars, I always need to enter my e-mail address and name before entering a webinar. This prompt comes up even when signed in to RingCentral on my desktop (although it seems I always need to sign in regardless of choosing the "stay signed in" option at login). Is there a way to save our information to RingCentral desktop to eliminate these extra steps?
