Need to be able to edit the email template, not just add stuff. Is there a master template for everyone? There is too much information in there and I need to be able to edit the whole message.

you're correct, we have to modify the meeting invite every time and it's much too busy. Unfortunately RC doesn't give us the option to do his uniformly. Very silly.
