RC rooms Ipad Controller

have an issue with rooms on multiple locations . Every few days the controller goes offline and does not work unless we restart it .Mostly happenns when there are pending IOS updates. We turned the updates off and it still does the same thing . The HOST stays online all the time . Sometimes the Ipad is connected to network but still does not pair with the HOST .
