Has anyone had issues with screen sharing freezing recently? Specifically, myself and some of my coworkers have experienced times where our customers are sharing their screen fine and then suddenly it just freezes. Occasionally we can stop the sharing and start again and it works but most often, it just goes to a black 'waiting' screen.

Hi @Lori Phillips, I've seen a couple of customer cases regarding this, but it is not yet reported as a known issue. Please submit a ticket with Tech Support so they can isolate this.
