Since the onset of the pandemic many of our employees have been using RingCentral Meetings and have been getting quite used to the user interface, scheduling meetings, and all the features. However, Our account limits the size of meetings to 4 people unless we upgrade after the pandemic RC Meeting upgrade expires.


In anticipation of this, a few users would like to test RC Video (which allows up to 100 persons). Can a user, without having to change settings in their User Portal, switch between RC Meetings and RC Video? For example, can a user schedule an RC Video and then the next action is schedule an RC Meeting? Then back and forth without changing user settings? The scheduling action could also be applied to hosting the meetings too.
