I have several users complaining that the RingCentral Meetings experience (desktop client) is different from the stand alone Zoom client meetings.
Does anyone know which version of Zoom is being used by RingCentral and if/when any features or performance items diverged from the main Zoom client?
Does RingCentral have plans to improve the Meetings client or are they only working on their own proprietary platform from now on?
