First of all I wanna tell that I've been using RingCentral Video for 2 years instead of Zoom and it's pretty amazing. ;)
My question: can I block acces to write on whiteboard only for moderators and admins? I can't find this option - can do it for screen sharing and writing on the chat but not for the whiteboard. Is it possible? If not, can you consider implementing option like this?

Currently, there is no option to disable it, but you may submit a feature request in the ideas portal so that others can vote for it too. Please post the link here once you're done.
