Automation: Chat messages auto reply

We don’t have SMS capability so that option is greyed out for me. Any other ideas?

​@noellecg You do not need SMS capabilities. Let me suggest you click the link above, and read the instructions found there. Be sure to read the instructions on how to import the recipe into your account. 

My office hours are set up 8-5:30.  It’s 5pm - why am i getting out of office autoreply.  The time zone is set correctly

​@boris-2 I think we will need to investigate this more closely. Are you using Automator or the new Workflow Builder? I want to see if I can connect you with someone to help troubleshoot. 

I am interested in this as well but do you have it for all messages not just to team messages?

It is intended to work with all messages.
