Migrated to Workflow Builder, can't disable automations in Automator

Forum|alt.badge.img

Had an employee go out on FML so I disabled her SMS call notifications in the new Work Flow Builder.  She, however, still receives the SMS notifications.  I logged into the old automator system and see her SMS notifications were not updated in this system.  It will not let me update it in there, everything is greyed out and directs me back to Work Flow Manager which isn’t working.  I did notice turning one that was switched off previously does indeed work.  I would assume given this information, whatever is locked in the old automator system is locked and cannot be manipulated by the end user.  So, the moral of the story is I’m sending 40 txt messages to an employee that is having a baby and there isn’t a dang thing I can do about it except to call Ringcentral again tomorrow to explain the problem to yet another Ringcentral representative that promises to escalate the issue and call me with an update the following business day.  Just got my 2nd promise from a representative 10 minutes ago.  The representative I spoke to yesterday promised the same thing but decided not to escalate my issue to the appropriate team and also decided not to call me as promised today forcing me to call in and start the process all over again.  I’ve about had it with Ringcentral.

@carl-young First of all, you are in direct conversation with the product manager. The proverbial buck stops with me. Let me say that I am terribly sorry for this inconvenience (to put it mildly). I am escalating this directly to my engineers to step in and help. They are on holiday right now (Chinese New Year), but have asked if they could step away to help out, and resolve the issue you and others like you have mentioned.

I will message you privately so that you can schedule time with me so that I can assist your directly in resolving this.

My apologies again. This was not part of the plan, and we clearly failed in making this migration a seamless one - which was an express goal. Bear with us, we will set this right.

Scheduled a meeting with you, I appreciate it.  Basically, the old automator system is locked and still sending SMS.  If someone could just go in and wipe my old automator where I can use the new Work Flow Manager, my issue would be resolved.

@carl-young I just heard back from the engineers. They applied a patch which should have fixed the problem. Can you confirm?

It’s hard to say, looks like my old automations are still in the old locked system.  I’ll do a test call in the AM and will get back with you.

Just texted, the txt messages stopped, added what I needed in the new workflow manager, works as it should.  I greatly appreciate you resolving this.
