Allowing inbound web hooks as a feature would significantly enhance the Workflow Builder's power and versatility for various use cases.

For instance, when an event occurs in a CRM or other software, it could trigger an action within the Workflow Builder. This capability would address challenges that arise when apps supporting outbound web hooks lack direct integration with RingCentral.

@Digitalboltwebdesign Could not agree more. This feature is currently planned for 2025. I just wish it could come sooner. It is currently scheduled for Q4. But since you asked for it, let me see if I can push it up a bit in the schedule.

I just asked the same question.  Any development on this?  This really opens up some fantastic automation.

@ByrneReese , just wanted to check back in about this one.  I don’t recall seeing this go live in Q4, 2025.  How are we looking for this feature?  Is there an ETA that you can share?

@erin-patterson Thank you for checking in. You are right - the feature has not been released. I wish I could say more, but there are reasons, and they are good reasons. Workflow Builder is undergoing a significant redesign right now, and will soon be integrating with third-party services in a way like never before. We have tons of new nodes and triggers coming as well. This is all good news.

But one thing we had to postpone was incoming webhook triggers. They are still on our roadmap, but not likely to be out until Q3/Q4 of 2026. But I am pushing for them to be released sooner - so stay tuned.

@ByrneReese , thanks for the update.  I’m looking forward to seeing the new integrations and having the inbound webhooks in place!  I’ve got a great automation project that I can move off of my mobile device once this is part of the API.
