Workflow repeating texts

I am settling up a workflow to auto send a link to schedule an appointment but it RingCentral re-sends the text repeatedly

It sounds like you might be stuck in a loop of some kind. We have some limited safeguards against this, but ultimately we can’t prevent it entirely. Loops can happen when you send an SMS to an internal number and the workflow replies to the internal number, causing the workflow to then reply to the reply and so forth. 

Who is the text being sent to? An internal number or external one?
