Hi everyone,
I’m trying to port out my RingCentral number to a new provider. According to the instructions, I should log in to the Admin Portal and go to Phone System > Company Info to find the details required for the port-out request.
However, in my account, the Phone System menu doesn’t appear anywhere — I can’t access the Company Info section or any related options. I’m logged in as a Super Admin and have an active subscription, so I should have full access to these settings.
I’ve attached a screenshot from my account’s home page to show what I’m seeing on my end.
Has anyone else encountered this issue recently, or could there have been a change in the portal layout or permissions? Any guidance from the RingCentral team or the community would be greatly appreciated — I just want to ensure my port-out process goes smoothly.
