Admin should be able to toggle the status of the users on the call Call queues from unavailable to available status.

Is there anyway that the Admin of the account can manually toggle user extensions that are part of the Call Queue from Unavailable status to Available status since user extension have activated their account on their own and there is no way that we can get the login credentials from our users?
