Hi,

We have recently received a number of spam calls from a specific country code +971. While I have blocked the numbers at the extension level, the issue persists—we are still receiving spam calls from the same numbers and new ones as well.

For instance, I tested blocking my private number from my extension, and it worked. However, if my extension is part of a call queue that’s connected to an IVR, if someone calls to that IVR main number I still receive calls.

We would like to block these calls for our main site number. I checked the RingCentral admin portal but couldn’t find any options to block calls at the country code level.

Could you please guide us on how to block calls from an entire country code? This is a very urgent matter. I checked few articles but it didn't help in my case.

Hi @Ravi Batchu, blocking needs to be performed on the main System Admin or the Super Admin extension. Once it’s blocked there, it will apply to the entire account.
