When users change their status from Available to Busy or Do Not Disturb quite often there is a delay until other users can see the status change. This obviously is confusing for the other users.


Is there a way to fix this?

Hey Steve, we're still investigating an issue we are having with Presence. I think that may be what's going on here. Have you opened a case yet to verify?
No. How do I open a case? I'm using Telus Business Connect so I'm not sure whether you support that or not.

I'm not sure what is Presence.
