Hello,

I am in the process of moving some common area phones into an internal call policy role only, but I am concerned that they will not be able to call outbound to 911 in an emergency.


Does anyone know for sure that this option is still available while using this policy? I'd rather not have to test it to find out.

Hi @Leah Jansen , 911 calls will still route to the proper emergency channel.
