Hi, My code is in C#. It is a texting app.  I am assuming that after sending a single SMS message,  I should be able to determine if that single call exceeded the rate limit.  My call to send a SMS message is as follows: var resp = await restClient.Restapi().Account().Extension().Sms().Post(requestBody);Once control returns from the await, how do I obtain the info on whether the rate limit was exceeded?  Is an exception thrown?  Is there a return structure?  Do I have to make another call to read the RateLmit results of above Sms.Post() ?A C# example to get the Rate Limit info of the above call would be very helpful.Thank you,Jim 

The URI rcmobile worked for the Ring Central Phone app but does not work for the RC App. Since the RC Phone app is being retired and replaced by the RC App, this rcmobile URI needs to be updated to work correctly with the RC App. This is a critical problem that needs to be addressed. This rcmobile URI allows for third-party apps to call out using Ring Central. Good morning, everyone. We need to resolve a Caller ID issue where external phone numbers are not appearing on RingEX.Currently, RingCX correctly displays the caller's actual phone number. However, the moment a call is transferred to RingEX, the Caller ID reverts to "The Union Bank Company." Additionally, any external call made directly to a RingEX user shows the same bank name instead of the caller's number. Our goal is for the original external phone number to be visible on RingEX in all scenarios.If you have time, could you go and vote for this development? Thank you! We have deployed the Ringcentral for Salesforce integration (RingCentral App for Salesforce, version 4.8.3) to a number of our users, and have configured it to automatically log all calls. The problem is that it seems to ignore logging whenever a user calls a person who shares a phone number with any other contact (like when two people are from the same company and their phone numbers both say the company phone number). This is very troubling for us because we are trying to get our users to log everything, and one of the ways we sold this to the users is that phone calls get autologged - but they do not always do so.

Just wondering if there is a way to only subscribe to RingSense/ACE events for certain extensionId’s (similar to presence events, Telephony events, etc.) instead of having to receive webhooks for everyone in our account with ACE access.

We are pulling several “Get”s from the API and using them to create custom dashboards.  The issue is that RingCentral considers any call that doesn’t get answered as Missed or VM/Missed, even if its an afterhours call.  We are looking for a Get that we can use to filter the call data based on “After Hours” or “Custom Rules”. We want all calls that are routed outside of “Business Hours” or “Work Hours” to be identified and put into a different container. We use a mix of programming to route calls; Users with Work Hours and Auto Receptionists with Business hours and Closed hours.

We currently have all our calls logging but we are interested in having transcripts as well.

Is anyone experiencing problems with the Notes in Teams integration? Suddenly stopped working for all users in our organization.  

Hello,I am creating a script that will monitor a few extensions for incoming faxes and then based on the extension it comes in to, it will download and move the fax to the appropriate folder. Everything is working well except for my permission to monitor additional extensions. Even with Super Admin permissions, I am only able to monitor an additional extension it seems like. For all others, I get the error code: “SUB-412 — Extension permission [ReadMessages] is missing”Is there anything I may have missed? From other forum posts and questions, it seems like with Super Admin at least I should be able to read the message store of other extensions. My app does have the Read Messages permission in the scope

We are testing the RingCentral embedded app in Microsoft Teams out before making it a company standard. We know many of our employees will have several Ring Central’s open at the same time to work off of.In Teams, we can open Ring Central it’s self out of the Teams app into it’s own window just one time. Will it be possible that can be increased to a few times, to where an employee can pop out Ring Central out of Teams so they can have one being calls, one being the Hud, one being Call history or whatever, so they can have them all available and not have to click back and forth so much or have to click out of Ring Central in Teams to their chat or one drive, and then come back and lose where they were.

I tried naming the field verificationtoken, I tried removing it all together. They’ve had no effect. The documentation doesn’t provide much detail so I’m shooting in the dark.  My goal is to get Fax status updates.

We already have a RingCentral EX integration, and we use the call log API to actually fetch the details of the calls that agents/users dial.  We are trying to build an integration with the RingCentral CX platform since our customer has migrated from EX to CX. I am interested to know what is the particular API through which I can fetch the call recordings done by agents I tried using the API mentioned in the documentation - https://developers.ringcentral.com/engage/voice/guide/analytics/reports/global-call-type-detail-report. However, using this particular body when invoking the API was giving me an unknown exception.  I tried other APIs as well like the following:
