This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My phone system does a 1 ring hang up on my customer Ringcentral has been trying to fix this for over a year.The are terrible at getting back to you. I call many times with all kinds of promises but no one will return a call. They sold me a $2000.00 phone system that they can not make work correctly after a year I have request a refund on the phones that they sold me can not get a call back.Also ringcentral has a tier 2 tier 3 team that will not answer the e-mail my phone system was not working for 2 days I had to unplug ½ my system to be able to answer phones. Someone got back with me after 2 weeks of sending e-mails about phones inop!! Thy will still bill you even when the phone system is not working.I would never do business with them !!!
