- We already have a RingCentral EX integration, and we use the call log API to actually fetch the details of the calls that agents/users dial.
- We are trying to build an integration with the RingCentral CX platform since our customer has migrated from EX to CX. I am interested to know what is the particular API through which I can fetch the call recordings done by agents
- I tried using the API mentioned in the documentation - https://developers.ringcentral.com/engage/voice/guide/analytics/reports/global-call-type-detail-report. However, using this particular body when invoking the API was giving me an unknown exception.
- I tried other APIs as well like the following: https://developers.ringcentral.com/engage/voice/guide/analytics/reports/agent-segment-metadata-report. But this was also failing with the unknown exception.
- I have ensured that the access token that I pass is valid and not expired because I am able to try some other APIs.
- Can you please help here?
