I wasn’t able to find any outage related to this, and it’s concerning to hear that this is happening across your organization. I recommend reaching out to the Support Team so they can investigate further.
Hi, we have this issue with at least 3 customers and everytime we log a ticket it gets closed down to the issue resolving it self and then returning. If the customers use the stand alone RC app the problem does not occur.
