NICE Developer Request - Call Transcriptions to HubSpot

Our organization is currently seeking assistance with the following NICE API.

https://developer.niceincontact.com/API/InteractionAnalyticsAPI#/

We would like our call transcripts from Interaction Analytics to be pulled into HubSpot associated with our already current integration. We currently have all our calls logging but we are interested in having transcripts as well.

The only way to get call transcripts using the RingCentral platform API is via the RingSense API.

It is a NICE Incontact API to pull them from the interaction analytics transcriptions. RingSense will work to https://developer.niceincontact.com/API/InteractionAnalyticsAPI#/

incase anyone is interested in doing the same. we were able to utilize the api i mentioned. we had to host a server to communicate the api to hubspot but our calls are transcribing in hubspot now
