How can I upgrade my admin portal account to get the filmstrip view when hosting a webinar?

I have the newest RC version on my RC desktop app, but when I log in to the admin portal I still have the old version. I would like to use the filmstrip view when hosting a webinar. Thank you.

Hi! Filmstrip view isn't currently supported in RC Webinar. You may add a feature request in our Ideas Portal at https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas.
