Afaik these are the combinations you can try before having to hard factory reset the phone:
1)
Username: admin
Password: admin
2)
Username: admin
Password: password
3)
Username: admin
Password: admnAUTHORIZATIONIDpwd

to get the authorization ID is a bit of a pain in the ass so try the 2nd option :D first and let's see if it works
