Anyone know how to easily cancel a RingCentral account?  I’ve grown tired of their terrible support.

Each time I try to cancel my account on Ring central, I call to talk to a live agent and they put me on a very long hold, ie over 40 minutes. Can you make an easier way to cancel your account. This is my notice to you that I am cancelling my account. Please do not charge my credit card.

This letter serves as my formal written notice that I do not wish to have my contract automatically renewed upon its expiration.

 

I have made multiple attempts to reach your office by phone and have been placed on hold for over an hour without resolution. As I have been unable to speak with a representative directly, I am providing this notice in writing to ensure there is a clear record of my request.

 

Please confirm receipt of this notice and update your records accordingly.

I’m really sorry, but a post in the Community cannot serve as your cancellation request. You will need to work with the Customer Success Team. 
I will work with my team to create a case on your behalf with your request, but you will still need to work with the team to address your account.
