How do I cancel an order for a desk phone? Cannot get anyone to answer the customer service "emergency" support line. Cannot reach our sales rep.

I have encountered the same issue as Tina above. I ordered one phone, but I show two under my Device Orders. I need to cancel one of the phones prior to shipment.
