I want to make sure illegal/unethical conversation is not occurring using company resources.  How do I monitor employee conversations?

Welcome to the fray…

First, I would say - make sure it’s legal to do so in your State.  Then, make sure you have a HR policy in place that states computer policy that covers all use of the computer: usage, programs, internet usage, all data, etc.

After that is made iron clad, we are using RingClone - an ‘add-on’ to RingCentral.  Since RingCentral somehow gets away with not storing data over six months, Clone will save it for as long as you want (we need 7 years retention)

It is easy to link and archives everything that passes through RingCentral - messages/faxes/texts, oh and phone calls.  ;)

Admins can set up groups for departments and give managers/supervisors access to just those staff.

The monthly rate is dependant on your volume of traffic.

It has made discovery during HR incidents much easier when those involved can see on paper exactly what was said, when.  ;)

If you have any questions - let me know.

Good luck.
