2025-09-07 Our company has operations in approximately 90 locations in Canada and the USA and has been using a single RingCentral account (using site codes) since 2020. We recently acquired 2 separate businesses in the Mexico City area (Polonco and Cuautitlan) that we want to integrate into the same account to make it easier for our IT team to manage. The issue is that we are not sure if the Mexican phone network is compatible with the NA network, and since we do not speak Spanish there would be a challenge in making the request to port existing Mexican legacy phone numbers.  I am aware of the RingCentral partnership with MCM Telecom for Mexico and wonder if contacting MCM is the required route to follow.  Does anyone have experience with this or recommendations?

Hi @Rvatcher,

Integrating your new Mexico City locations into your existing RingCentral account is not a standard self-service option, as the North American and Mexican phone networks are different.

While RingCentral does partner with MCM Telecom in Mexico, I suggest not to contact them directly as the partnership is managed internally by RingCentral.

For this type of complex account integration, you need to reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager. They are the correct point of contact to discuss the feasibility of this request, including the process for porting your existing phone numbers and coordinating with the local partner on your behalf.

Thank you Mary, we have just finished a conversation with our RingCentral account manager and have initiated the process to continue.  Much appreciated.
