Is there any way to add profile photos as an administrator?

Your question is not clear where do you want to add? in portal, apps, phone apps, meeting?

Please provide addition details

I was referring to the web portal. I am not aware of any way to gain access to the apps. If that is possible i would love to be able to access those as well as an administrator.
