I’ve tried to cancel my service via phone (no one picks up / keeps me on hold forever), web chat (no response / agent drops off mid-convo), and direct email to my RC rep (just went back through my email and found the last person I dealt with) – no success. 

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to make this happen other than going through my bank to dispute my last charge and block all future charges, which I really shouldn’t have to do.

Does anyone have any advice on getting RC to reply? I’m on an email thread with my supposed Account Rep who hasn’t responded to a single one of my follow-ups.

This service from this company is truly appalling. Help!
