Service Level dropping when we use "Overide branches - meeting" to meet

We have noticed that when we use the “Override Branches - Meeting” to have department meetings our Service Level drops significantly in the campaign summary by campaign report.

We assumed that time when we are in Meeting mode, would not be calculated into the Service Level.   

Are we missing something or is there a way to factor out the calls that come in while we are in meetings and cannot take calls?

Is there a better way to do this?
