Updating Company Profile in RingCentral

I have successfully updated our company address, but I am unable to figure out how to update the main contact information for the account in RingCentral.  I have searched on your site and googled how-to’s with no luck of making this update. 

Please help as soon as possible as the current number on the account will no longer be in use soon since we are closing that plant down.

Hello ​@Krystal.Jackson, if you are the main super admin, follow the guide below.
 

  • Sign in to the RingCentral Admin Portal.

  • Ensure you are in the Admin Portal view (check the dropdown at the top right).

  • Select My Extension 

  • Navigate to Settings > User Details > General.

  • Locate the Contact Phone field.

  • Enter the new number and click Save.

The information I need to update is the main phone number to our company account, not a user on the account.  How is this possible?

Thanks for clarifying. Would you like to replace it with a number already on the account, or would you prefer a completely new one?

New phone number. It needs to be replaced with our corporate phone number that aligns with the already updated address of [removed by moderator] .
