With Multiple Account Numbers How can we label incoming calls to identify the Call source on multiple devices? We have a main line with several extensions connected to multiple devices. Is there any way to have all incoming calls identified by the call source or which extension is dialed? I.E incoming call may come from a similar source but ring several devices - yet we don't know what source or company the incoming call is for.

Short answer - IVR and Call Groups.

In the IVR you're able to set up Custom rules for incoming numbers, times, etc. - and then point those to the Call group extension.

In the Call Groups - you can vary the incoming CID to show the queue name, and phone number/name/etc.
