is there any way that admin can access call transcript and notes in admin portal for all calls.

is there any way that admin can access call transcript and notes in admin portal for all calls. 

If you’re a RingEX admin who has enabled AI notes and transcription for your teams, you don’t have access to those transcripts and notes. They can be shared with you, but you can’t access them from the backend. 
This is functionality that exists in RingSense though.

Hi ​@BeckyH  I hope you don't mind me jumping in to ask the obvious, is this something that is on a roadmap to be added to the normal Admin Call List experience?

I appreciate I can add RingSense but apart from the cost (needs a license for every extension to be monitored) its also ‘a bit big’ for what I need :-)

The ability to see the Note and Transcript as well as the existing call data and Recording - would be a great feature fit for a lot of customers.

Just to give some context - this is one of the reason why we have been looking at Dialpad because the admin conversation history gives this functionality right now.

I get your use case. Let me ask around if this is on the roadmap for Admins.
