AI Receptionist Recommendations

The AI receptionist, if activated during off-hours and weekend, should not attempt to transfer a caller to another department or person. After the AI assisted the caller, it should just disconnect and end the call.

The AI Receptionist should have the ability to automatically send a call transcript, like Ring Central Notes, to an email address specified by an admin so that non-admin users like CSRs can view the calls that they need to call back. 

The AI Receptionist, after asking all questions in the lead capture, should immediately close the call or disconnect after thanking the caller for answering all questions. 

Admin should have the ability to modify closing spiel, not just the opening greeting.
