We need a way to default out of menu prompts after one playing. Currently hardcoded at three.

There needs to be a toggle or option to allow Admins to set defaulting out of a menu at one playing instead of three. This is a standard call center process. There is no way to prompt callers to "stay on the line and you will be connected". This doesn't make sense.
