Webhook Subscrptions Graduation Requirements

Hi,

Just trying to figure out how to meet graduation requirements and I cannot get web hook subscriptions to pass. I read the other threads and followed the recommend get, create, renew, delete method but it is not giving me a pass.

Any help would be appreciated. Trying to get this integration approved asap.
