Each user can listen to their recordings and we just found out can delete the recording from their app. When it is deleted from the user app will it be deleted from the admin portal? is there a way to not allow a user to delete the recording?
Yes, depending on the role they have, they may have the ability to delete recordings.
This can be adjusted by either assigning them a role that does not have access to recordings or by creating a custom role that does not have this access (this would require custom roles, which is a premium feature).
