Vanillasoft crm with RingCentral

Request to have capability of having Vanillasoft crm dial through Ring Central phone just as it has for the last 4 years up until this morning

Using the RingCentral Phone for Desktop, you can dial or receive test calls, send and receive test SMS or Fax messages in your sandbox environment.

We have been using VanillaSoft with RC corded phones. They have communicated seamlessly for the last 4 years up until this morning

Does VanillaSoft support TLS 1.2? We recently upgraded to TLS 1.2 to increase security capabilities. You may also want to visit our Developers Community for integration's.

This is outside of our control and you will need to contact VanillaSoft to upgrade their security protocols to support TLS v1.2.
