Hi Tyler,
May you please tell me what will be the platform in case of wpf app.

SandboxServer = " https://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com";
ProductionServer = " https://platform.ringcentral.com";

Can you please suggest me how to configure my dev account for international call.

Thanks

You need to register developer.ringcentral.com and create a new app there.  Upon created, the app is in sandbox, thus you need the SandboxServer . After you finish development, you can apply for production, then you need the ProductionServer.

For account configuration, I am not an expert. You can contact the customer service.  https://www.ringcentral.com/whyringcentral/contactus.html  For international call capability I think it depends on what kind of service you bought from RingCentral.

Developer sandbox tools

Using the RingCentral Phone for Desktop, you can dial or receive test calls, send and receive test SMS or Fax messages in your sandbox environment.

Download RingCentral Phone for Desktop:

Tip: switch to the "sandbox mode" before logging in the app:

  • On MacOS: press "fn + command + f2" keys
  • On Windows: press "Ctrl + F2" keys
